SUMMARY:Buy a Brick
DESCRIPTION:A lovely brick path runs through May’s Memorial Garden and was installed in 2022.  It contains 69 bricks with commemorative messages presented by residents to the Webster community.  Only one small area remains in Historic Webster Village for which you can purchase a commemorative 4″ x 8″ brick––at the base of the steps leading to the Old Town Hall porch.  Each brick may contain up to 3 lines of text\, each line with 20 characters (letters\, numbers\, spaces\, punctuation).  WTHS plans to have these bricks installed in early to mid 2024. SUMMARY:Old Fashioned Barn Dance
DESCRIPTION:Traditional square dances; open to the public. \nCaller: David Smith from South Lyon Traditional Square Dance will teach and call all dances. \nCouples\, singles\, or families are welcome! Children age 8 and up with parents may participate.  \nAll dances are taught first\, no experience necessary. Beginners please arrive by 6:45pm for teaching since easiest dances will be done first. \nAdmission: $5/person ($10/family) Cash only \nFamily discount: Covers parents and their children 18 and under. \nNo concessions will be available\, so you may bring your own drinks and/or snacks.  \nThis traditional square dance will be held in May Mast’s Barn on the grounds of the Historic Webster Village. Please dress for the weather as the barn is enclosed but not heated. It is likely to be cold\, but we will warm up as we dance. Casual dress in layers is recommended; wear comfortable shoes. \nThe village is not lighted. Bring a pocket flashlight or cell phone with a flashlight app since it will be dark when returning to your car. Take the paved walking path from the parking lot at Webster Township Hall (5665 Webster Church Rd) where you should park south through the village to May Mast’s Barn–a large white building.

SUMMARY:Pampered Chef Event - A Fundraiser for WTHS
DESCRIPTION:Pampered Chef Hostess Maureen Kimmel presented a cooking demonstration on November 4\, 2023 for attendees. In addition to tasting several dishes\, people were  able to place orders for Pampered Chef products.  Many people purchased items at last year’s event that are their favorite kitchen tools today. \nOnline sales for this event continue through November 25. \nAll in-person and online sales will be credited to WTHS and a percentage will be donated the Society. \nTo place online orders\, click here. \n
